- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon ground mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, ground mustard, salt, and cayenne pepper (if using).
- Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Transfer the seasoning mix to an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.
- Use 1-2 teaspoons per pound of meat, or sprinkle lightly over burger patties before cooking.
