This Best Burger Seasoning is the perfect mix of savory, smoky, and slightly spicy flavors, making your homemade burgers taste like they came from a gourmet restaurant. It’s easy to make, versatile, and can be stored for months!


Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon ground mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for extra heat)

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, ground mustard, salt, and cayenne pepper if using.
  • Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  • Transfer to an airtight container or spice jar and store in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.

Notes

  • For a milder seasoning, leave out the cayenne pepper.
  • For extra smoky flavor, use smoked paprika instead of regular paprika.
  • This seasoning can also be used on chicken, turkey, fries, vegetables, or roasted potatoes.
