- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon ground mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for extra heat)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, ground mustard, salt, and cayenne pepper if using.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Transfer to an airtight container or spice jar and store in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.
Notes
- For a milder seasoning, leave out the cayenne pepper.
- For extra smoky flavor, use smoked paprika instead of regular paprika.
