Ingredients
– 2 cod fillets (about 150–200g each)
– 2 tbsp soy sauce
– 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
– 2 garlic cloves, minced
– 1 tbsp honey
– 1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
– 2 green onions, thinly sliced (for garnish)
– 1 tsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, ginger, garlic, honey, and sesame oil.

Place the cod fillets in the dish and spoon the marinade over them. Let sit for 10 minutes.
