16 ounces cream cheese, softened

⅓ cup sour cream

8 ounces medium cheddar cheese, shredded

2-3 tablespoons dry ranch seasoning mix (to taste)

2 cups roughly chopped pecans

2 black olives (for the eyes)

1 cherry tomato (for the nose)

2 regular-sized twist pretzels (for the antlers)
Instructions

In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.

Add the shredded cheddar cheese and ranch seasoning mix, stirring until well combined.

Lay out a large sheet of plastic wrap and place the cheese mixture on top. Use the wrap to shape it into a ball and twist it shut. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours or overnight.

Once firm, roll the cheese ball in chopped pecans until fully coated.

Insert two pretzels on top for the antlers.

Press two black olives onto the front for the eyes.
