Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups cauliflower florets (washed and thoroughly dried; about 1 small head of cauliflower)

  • 2 Tablespoons butter (melted)

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (finely grated)

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with non-stick cooking spray.

  • Toss the cauliflower florets in a large bowl with the melted butter, making sure each piece is evenly coated.

  • In a small bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, paprika, and black pepper. Sprinkle this seasoning mix over the cauliflower and toss gently to coat all the pieces.

  • Arrange the cauliflower florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

  • Bake for 20 minutes, or until the edges of the cauliflower are golden brown and crispy.

  • Remove from the oven and serve hot.

Notes

  • You can also make these cauliflower bites in an air fryer. Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C), lightly spray the crisper plate with olive oil, and cook for about 20 minutes, turning halfway through.

  • For a richer flavor, try adding a bit of garlic powder or fresh herbs like thyme or rosemary to the seasoning mix.

  • To store leftovers, place them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven to get that crispy texture back!
