Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup long-grain white rice

1 cup heavy cream

1 ½ cups chicken broth

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp butter

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

Add chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add rice to the skillet, stirring to coat in the garlic and butter mixture. Cook for 2 minutes.

Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir well to combine and ensure the rice is evenly distributed.

Return the chicken breasts to the skillet, placing them on top of the rice. Sprinkle grated Parmesan over the chicken and rice.
