Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine sliced cucumbers, red onion, and tomato wedges.
- In a small bowl, whisk together white vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, sugar, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Pour the marinade over the vegetables and gently toss to coat evenly.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer to an airtight container. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, tossing occasionally for even marination.
