½ cup green onions, thinly sliced
-
½ tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp black pepper

Fresh parsley (optional for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, chopped beef or chicken ham, green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir until smooth and evenly mixed.

Spoon the creamy mixture into each mini phyllo shell or puff pastry cup, filling them generously.

Arrange the filled shells on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the shells are golden and the filling is bubbly.
-
Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
-
Garnish with fresh parsley or extra green onions if desired. Serve warm.
Notes
-
For a fun twist, try adding chopped bell peppers or spinach to the filling for extra flavor.
-
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 1 month. Reheat in the oven for best results.
-
You can substitute the beef or chicken ham with turkey bacon or omit the meat for a vegetarian version.
