Instructions
- Combine ingredients: In a small saucepan, mix apple cider vinegar, soy sauce substitute, and water. Add any optional spices for extra flavor.
- Bring to a boil: Heat over medium heat and bring to a gentle boil.
- Simmer: Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Cool and store: Remove from heat and let the sauce cool. Transfer to a glass jar or bottle.
