Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced 🍋

Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Ingredients:
- Wash the fresh blueberries (if using frozen, rinse off any ice crystals).
- Zest and juice the lemon.
2️⃣ Cook the Jam:
- In a medium saucepan, combine blueberries, sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice, and salt.
- Stir over medium heat and bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
3️⃣ Simmer and Thicken:
- Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 7 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Use a spoon to mash some of the blueberries to release their juices.
- The jam is ready when it thickens slightly and reaches 220°F (104°C).
4️⃣ Cool and Store:
- Remove from heat and let the jam cool for 5 minutes in the saucepan.
- Transfer to clean jars and let it reach room temperature before sealing.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks or freeze for up to 6 months
