Scale
  • 1 cup mustard

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed

  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon celery seed

  • 1 teaspoon Tabasco

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the butter.

  2. Add the mustard and brown sugar, stirring until well combined.

  3. Pour in the apple cider vinegar and Worcestershire sauce, mixing thoroughly.

  4. Stir in the salt, black pepper, and celery seed.

  5. Bring the sauce to a gentle simmer and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
