Instructions

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the chocolate chips and stir until completely smooth.

Remove the saucepan from the heat and mix in the honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.

Stir in the shredded coconut, oats, and peanut butter (if using), making sure everything is well-coated with the chocolate mixture.
