- 1/2 cup Castelvetrano olives
- 2 tbsp fresh basil, roughly chopped
- 1 cup Garlic Expressions (or your favorite Italian-style vinaigrette)
Instructions
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the diced Havarti cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, diced pepperoni, cornichons, Castelvetrano olives, and fresh basil.
- Pour the Italian-style vinaigrette over the mixture and toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly.
- Transfer the mixture to a mason jar or an airtight container. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours, or up to 1 week for deeper flavor.
