Ingredients

1 lb (450g) ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup finely chopped onion

1 garlic clove, minced

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp dried oregano

1 sheet puff pastry (thawed if frozen)

1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.

Add chopped onion and minced garlic; cook until onion is translucent.

Season with paprika, salt, pepper, and oregano. Stir well.

Remove from heat and mix in shredded cheese. Let cool slightly.

Roll out puff pastry and cut into 2-inch squares.

Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each square.

Fold and seal edges with a fork.

Brush with beaten egg for a golden crust.
