Ingredients

  • 2 cups granulated sugar

  • 4 large eggs

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

For the Buckeye Swirl:

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

  • 2 tablespoons milk


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper or grease well.

  • In a large bowl, combine melted butter and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.

  • Whisk flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually mix into wet ingredients until combined.

  • For the swirl, beat peanut butter, powdered sugar, softened butter, and milk until creamy.

  • Spread brownie batter in pan. Dollop peanut butter mixture on top. Gently swirl with a knife.

  • Bake 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs. Cool completely before slicing
