4 small to medium chicken breasts (or 2 large halved)

3–4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup light cream or heavy cream

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning or oregano

1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated

1 cup spinach, chopped (optional)
Instructions

Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt and pepper.

Heat the Skillet: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

Cook the Chicken: Add the chicken to the pan and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, or until golden and crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Make the Sauce: Lower the heat, then add minced garlic to the pan and sauté for 30 seconds.
