Description

These Crispy Cottage Cheese Treats are a delicious, low-carb snack with a perfect balance of crunch and cheesy goodness. Made with cottage cheese, parmesan, and almond flour, they’re baked to a golden crisp, making them a great high-protein appetizer or snack. Easy to make and full of flavor, they’re a great alternative to fried snacks!

  • 1 cup cottage cheese (drained)
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray (for greasing)

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven:

    • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
    • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray with olive oil.
  • Prepare the Mixture:

    • In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, parmesan, almond flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Shape and Coat:

    • Form the mixture into small balls or patties using your hands or a spoon.
    • Dip each piece into the beaten egg to coat evenly.
  • Bake Until Crispy:

    • Arrange the coated cheese treats on the baking sheet, leaving space between them.
