Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat until fully cooked. Drain excess grease if needed.
- Add the diced onions and minced garlic to the pot. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until onions are soft and translucent.
- Stir in the diced potatoes, beef broth, and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 15-20 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1 cup milk and 1/4 cup flour until smooth. Slowly pour into the soup, stirring constantly.
- Let the soup simmer for another 10 minutes, allowing it to thicken. Add salt and pepper to taste.
