Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen peaches
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (or your preferred yogurt)
  • 1 cup almond milk (or your preferred milk)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes (optional, for extra chill)

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine the frozen peaches, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey (if using), and vanilla extract.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more milk, one tablespoon at a time, until you reach the desired consistency.
  • Add ice cubes if you prefer a colder smoothie, then blend again.
