Description

These Crab Rangoon Nachos are a fun and flavorful twist on a classic appetizer. Crispy tortilla chips and fried wonton wrappers are topped with a creamy crab filling, melted mozzarella cheese, and a drizzle of sweet chili sauce.   • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup crab meat (fresh or imitation), finely shredded

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 green onion, finely chopped

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 bag tortilla chips

  • 1215 wonton wrappers, fried until crispy

  • Sweet chili sauce for drizzling

  • Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, crab meat, mozzarella cheese, green onion, garlic, soy sauce, and lemon juice until well combined.

  • Spread a layer of tortilla chips and crispy wonton wrappers on a large baking sheet.

  • Spoon the crab mixture evenly over the chips and wontons.

  • Sprinkle a little extra mozzarella cheese on top if desired.

  • Bake for 8-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  • Drizzle with sweet chili sauce and garnish with fresh cilantro if using.

  • Serve warm.
