Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese (full-fat or low-fat)

  • 3 large eggs

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • Optional: herbs, cinnamon, vanilla extract, sesame seeds, oats


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Blend the cottage cheese, eggs, baking powder, and salt until smooth.

  • Gently fold in optional ingredients if desired.

  • Scoop the batter onto the prepared baking sheet, making small mounds.

  • Smooth the tops slightly with the back of a spoon.

  • Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown and firm.

  • Let cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

  • Enjoy as is, or use for sandwiches and snacks.

Notes

  • Add sesame seeds or poppy seeds for extra flavor and crunch.
