- 1/4 cup sugar 🍬
- 1/4 cup brown sugar 🍯
Instructions
- Brew the Coffee – Prepare 4 cups of strong coffee using your preferred method (drip, French press, or espresso with water).
- Dissolve the Sugar – In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the coffee, sugar, and brown sugar. Stir occasionally until fully dissolved.
- Bring to a Gentle Boil – Let the mixture come to a slight boil while stirring, then remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Pour and Chill – Transfer the coffee mixture into a shallow dish or glass container. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Cut into Cubes – Once fully set, use a sharp knife to cut the jelly into small cubes.
- Serve and Enjoy – Enjoy chilled on its own or topped with whipped cream, milk, or ice cream for extra indulgence
Notes
- Use strong coffee for a bold flavor. Dark roast works best.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
