Description

This Coffee Jelly is a simple yet delicious dessert perfect for coffee lovers. Made with strong brewed coffee, a touch of sweetness, and a smooth jelly texture, this refreshing treat can be enjoyed on its own or paired with cream for a richer experience

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups strong brewed coffee ☕️
  • 1/4 cup sugar 🍬
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar 🍯

Instructions

  • Brew the Coffee – Prepare 4 cups of strong coffee using your preferred method (drip, French press, or espresso with water).
  • Dissolve the Sugar – In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the coffee, sugar, and brown sugar. Stir occasionally until fully dissolved.
  • Bring to a Gentle Boil – Let the mixture come to a slight boil while stirring, then remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  • Pour and Chill – Transfer the coffee mixture into a shallow dish or glass container. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  • Cut into Cubes – Once fully set, use a sharp knife to cut the jelly into small cubes.
  • Serve and Enjoy – Enjoy chilled on its own or topped with whipped cream, milk, or ice cream for extra indulgence

Notes

  • Use strong coffee for a bold flavor. Dark roast works best.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar to taste.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • For a creamier version, serve with sweetened condensed milk or heavy cream
