Ingredients
For the Bars:

1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened

1 1/2 cups packed light brown sugar

For the Cinnamon Swirl:

1/3 cup granulated sugar

1 tbsp ground cinnamon
For the Glaze:

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1–2 tbsp milk (adjust for desired consistency)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or line with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

Add eggs and vanilla extract. Beat until fully incorporated.

In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture, mixing just until combined.

Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan.

In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon for the swirl. Sprinkle over the batter.

Use a knife to swirl the cinnamon sugar through the batter in a figure-eight motion.
