Ingredients
-
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
 -
8–10 mozzarella cheese cubes (or any melty cheese of choice)
 -
4 tbsp unsalted butter
 -
2 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
 -
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
 -
Salt and black pepper, to taste
 -
Grated Parmesan cheese (optional for topping)
 -
Marinara or garlic dip (optional, for serving)

Instructions
-
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
 -
Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a circle.
 -
Place a cheese cube in the center of each dough circle. Wrap the dough around the cheese and pinch to seal.
 -
Roll each sealed piece into a ball and place seam side down on the baking sheet.
 -
In a small saucepan, melt the butter. Stir in the garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
 -
Brush the garlic butter generously over each dough ball. Reserve some butter for after baking.
 -
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
 -
Remove from oven and brush with remaining garlic butter. Sprinkle with Parmesan if desired.
 -
Serve warm with marinara or garlic dip.

Notes
-
Try using cheddar, provolone, or a cheese mix for a twist.
 -
Add turkey bacon or chicken ham for a meaty variation.
 -
Freeze unbaked bombs for quick snacks later—just add a few extra minutes to the bake time.
