Description

These Cheesy Garlic Bliss Bombs are the ultimate crowd-pleaser. Soft, golden biscuit dough wrapped around gooey melted cheese and brushed with a rich garlic butter—what more could you want? Whether you’re making them for a party, a cozy night in, or just a snack attack, these bite-sized wonders are always a hit. Serve them with your favorite dipping sauce and watch them disappear.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough

  • 810 mozzarella cheese cubes (or any melty cheese of choice)

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)

  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional for topping)

  • Marinara or garlic dip (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

  2. Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a circle.

  3. Place a cheese cube in the center of each dough circle. Wrap the dough around the cheese and pinch to seal.

  4. Roll each sealed piece into a ball and place seam side down on the baking sheet.

  5. In a small saucepan, melt the butter. Stir in the garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.

  6. Brush the garlic butter generously over each dough ball. Reserve some butter for after baking.

  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.

  8. Remove from oven and brush with remaining garlic butter. Sprinkle with Parmesan if desired.

  9. Serve warm with marinara or garlic dip.

Notes

  • Try using cheddar, provolone, or a cheese mix for a twist.

  • Add turkey bacon or chicken ham for a meaty variation.

  • Freeze unbaked bombs for quick snacks later—just add a few extra minutes to the bake time.
