Ingredients
Dry Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour 🌾
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 🍫
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 🍞
- 1/2 teaspoon salt 🧂
Wet Ingredients:
- 1 cup white sugar 🍚
- 1/2 cup melted butter 🧈
- 2 eggs 🍳
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 🌼
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin pan or line with cupcake liners.
2️⃣ In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
3️⃣ In another bowl, whisk together sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
4️⃣ Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
5️⃣ Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin pan, filling each cup 3/4 full.
6️⃣ Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
7️⃣ Let the muffins cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely
