8 slices of French baguette or sandwich bread

1 cup raw shrimp, peeled, deveined, and finely chopped

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 garlic clove, minced

2 tablespoons green onions, finely chopped

1 teaspoon soy sauce

A pinch of white pepper

1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)

Oil or melted butter for brushing bread
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix chopped shrimp, mayonnaise, garlic, green onions, soy sauce, and white pepper until well combined.
