Description

This warm and creamy Baked Cranberry Cream Cheese Dip is the perfect appetizer for any occasion. With a blend of tangy cream cheese, sweet dried cranberries, crunchy pecans, and savory Parmesan, it’s a flavorful and irresistible dip that pairs well with crackers, bread, or veggies.

Ingredients

Scale
  • Nonstick cooking spray

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup sour cream

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • ½ cup dried cranberries

  • ¼ cup chopped green onions

  • ¼ cup chopped pecans

  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, dried cranberries, green onions, pecans, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.

  • Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.

  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and bubbly.

  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Serve warm with crackers, toasted bread, or fresh vegetable sticks.

Notes

  • Substitute fresh cranberries for dried ones for a tangier taste.

  • Sprinkle extra Parmesan or shredded mozzarella on top before baking for a cheesy crust.

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 300°F (150°C) until warmed through.
