Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

In another bowl, beat the eggs, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.

Stir in milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
